HRplugin works as a universal plug board for your HR and payroll data: one platform between your source systems and the processing in the payroll administration.
On the payroll side, HRplugin currently connects to Nmbrs®. On the source side the platform is broadly applicable: to international HR software, specialised HR applications, scheduling and time registration.
Data for the payroll administration often comes from several applications. Alongside HR data, think of hours worked, overtime, allowances and other period mutations from scheduling and time registration.
Systems often use different field names, codes and units for the same information. HRplugin brings those differences together.
One-to-one mappings connect a field in your source system to the matching field in Nmbrs. That way the surname from the HR system lands in the right field of the payroll administration.
A description or code in one system can carry a different meaning or notation in Nmbrs. HRplugin translates those values according to the rules you set. Think of an hour type from your time registration that has to map to the right wage component in Nmbrs.
Sometimes a calculation is needed before data can be used, for instance when your source system supplies time in minutes and the processing expects hours. Conversion fields let HRplugin apply the calculation required.
We record the agreements about processing in the platform. The same rules are then applied again on every subsequent run, without anyone having to check them period by period.
The platform takes over the recurring operations that would otherwise have to be carried out by hand every period.
For every source system we set up the connection, the mappings and the processing rules separately.
